Welcome to Lyvy Stream.

Lyvy Stream is a platform designed to help people discover, watch, create, share, and enjoy digital content, including live streams, long-form videos, short-form videos, creator channels, and other interactive experiences.

These Community Guidelines explain the standards that apply to content and behavior on Lyvy Stream. They are intended to help maintain a safe, respectful, authentic, and welcoming environment for viewers, creators, partners, and other members of the community.

These rules apply to all users, whether you are watching content, uploading videos, broadcasting live, participating in chat, commenting, subscribing to creators, or using monetization features.

By using Lyvy Stream, you agree to follow these Guidelines, our Terms of Service, and our other applicable policies.

These Guidelines apply to content and conduct throughout the Platform, including:

These rules may also apply to conduct occurring outside Lyvy Stream when it directly threatens the safety of our users, compromises the Platform, or is otherwise relevant to enforcing our policies and permitted by law.

Lyvy Stream supports creativity, free expression, entertainment, education, and the exchange of ideas.

Users are encouraged to express opinions, discuss difficult topics, create original content, and participate in constructive debate.

However, freedom of expression does not authorize abuse, exploitation, credible threats, fraud, unlawful conduct, or behavior that violates these Guidelines.

We aim to enforce these rules consistently while considering the context, severity, intent, potential harm, and history of violations.

Users must treat other members of the community with reasonable respect.

You may disagree with another person, criticize public content, debate ideas, or express an unpopular opinion. You may not use the Platform to organize targeted abuse, threaten people, or repeatedly harass someone.

Prohibited behavior includes:

Criticism of content, public statements, or ideas is not automatically harassment. Context and conduct matter.

Lyvy Stream does not permit harassment or cyberbullying that targets people with abuse, intimidation, or repeated unwanted conduct.

Examples include:

We may remove content, restrict interactions, suspend live-streaming privileges, or terminate accounts depending on the severity and pattern of behavior.

Lyvy Stream prohibits content that promotes hatred, dehumanization, or violence against people based on protected or sensitive characteristics, including race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or other characteristics protected by applicable law.

Prohibited content may include:

Educational, historical, documentary, journalistic, artistic, or counterspeech content may be evaluated in context. The presence of a hateful term alone does not necessarily determine whether content violates this policy.

Content that threatens violence or encourages imminent harm is prohibited.

This includes:

We may take urgent action when content presents an immediate or serious safety risk and may refer relevant matters to appropriate authorities when required or legally permitted.

Fictional storytelling, news reporting, historical discussion, and non-instructional commentary may be permitted depending on context.

Lyvy Stream prohibits content that recruits for, promotes, materially supports, or coordinates violence on behalf of terrorist organizations or other violent extremist groups.

Prohibited conduct may include:

Educational, journalistic, research, historical, or critical discussion may be permitted when it does not promote or facilitate violent activity.

Content that depicts violence may be restricted or removed when it is excessively graphic, intended to shock, celebrates suffering, or promotes real-world harm.

Prohibited or potentially restricted material includes:

News, educational, documentary, medical, historical, and public-interest material may be evaluated according to its context and presentation.

Where appropriate, Lyvy Stream may restrict access, apply warnings, or remove content.

Lyvy Stream prohibits content that encourages, glorifies, instructs, or facilitates suicide or intentional self-harm.

Examples include:

Supportive discussion, recovery stories, prevention education, and responsible reporting may be permitted.

If content suggests an immediate risk to someone's safety, we may take appropriate action consistent with the circumstances and applicable law.

Content that encourages dangerous activities likely to cause serious injury or death is prohibited.

Examples may include:

We may restrict content that presents a serious risk even when the creator claims it is a joke or challenge.

Lyvy Stream maintains strict standards concerning the safety and protection of children.

Content involving child sexual exploitation or abuse is prohibited. We also prohibit grooming, sexualization of minors, and attempts to use the Platform to facilitate abuse.

Prohibited content and conduct include:

We may remove content, terminate accounts, preserve relevant information, and report suspected exploitation to appropriate authorities or organizations when required or legally permitted.

Do not download, copy, redistribute, or otherwise circulate suspected child sexual abuse material.

Lyvy Stream may restrict or remove sexually explicit content and other sexual material that violates our standards or applicable law.

Prohibited content may include:

Non-explicit educational, health-related, artistic, documentary, or other legitimate content may be evaluated in context.

Creators must comply with all applicable laws and any additional restrictions associated with monetization, advertising, or age-sensitive content.

Publishing or threatening to publish another person's intimate images or recordings without appropriate consent is prohibited.

This includes intimate content shared to humiliate, blackmail, threaten, or retaliate against another person.

Do not use Lyvy Stream to distribute intimate material obtained through hacking, coercion, deception, or unauthorized access.

We may remove such content promptly and take additional action against the responsible accounts.

Respect the privacy of other users.

You may not use Lyvy Stream to expose, threaten to expose, or misuse another person's private information in a manner that creates a safety risk or violates applicable law.

Examples include:

Publicly available information may still be sensitive when combined, used to target a person, or shared in a threatening context.

Users must not impersonate another person, creator, business, organization, or official entity in a way that deceives others.

Prohibited conduct includes:

Parody, commentary, fan accounts, and fictional identities may be permitted when they are not used to deceive or cause harm and are clearly presented where necessary.

Lyvy Stream prohibits scams and fraudulent conduct.

Examples include:

Users should verify offers independently and avoid sharing passwords, authentication codes, or financial credentials.

Spam can interfere with the experience of viewers and creators.

Prohibited behavior includes:

Legitimate promotion, regular publishing, and audience engagement are permitted when conducted honestly and in accordance with Platform rules.

Users may not artificially manipulate views, likes, comments, subscriptions, watch time, gifts, advertising activity, or other engagement metrics.

Prohibited conduct includes:

Violations may result in invalid activity being excluded from analytics or earnings, monetization restrictions, or account termination.

Users must only upload, stream, or distribute content they own, have permission to use, or are otherwise legally entitled to use.

Copyright-protected material may include videos, films, television programs, music, recordings, photographs, artwork, software, and other creative works.

Do not assume that giving credit, adding a disclaimer, purchasing a copy, or using only a short excerpt automatically gives you permission to publish the material.

Copyright complaints and counter-notifications are handled under our Copyright Policy.

Repeated or serious intellectual property violations may result in content removal, restrictions, or account termination.

Creators are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights to use music, sound recordings, performances, and other audio in their videos and live streams.

A personal music subscription does not necessarily grant the right to broadcast music publicly or use it in monetized content.

Unauthorized music may result in muted audio, blocked content, copyright claims, stream interruption, or other enforcement action.

Titles, thumbnails, tags, and descriptions should accurately represent the content.

Prohibited practices include:

Creative titles, humor, satire, and promotional presentation are permitted when they do not materially mislead viewers.

Lyvy Stream may restrict false or misleading content when it creates a significant risk of harm, facilitates fraud, impersonates authoritative sources, or violates applicable law.

Context matters. Content may be reviewed differently depending on whether it is satire, personal opinion, speculation, reporting, or a factual claim presented as established truth.

We do not treat every inaccurate statement or disagreement as a policy violation.

Content that promotes dangerous medical misinformation or encourages viewers to engage in conduct likely to cause serious harm may be restricted or removed.

Examples may include dangerous treatment instructions presented deceptively, fraudulent medical claims, or advice encouraging people to abandon necessary emergency care.

Personal experiences, medical education, research discussion, and good-faith questions may be permitted.

Creators should not falsely represent themselves as licensed medical professionals or claim that individual experiences guarantee a particular medical outcome.

Users may discuss business, investing, cryptocurrency, personal finance, and other financial topics.

However, scams, fraudulent investment offers, deceptive financial claims, and impersonation of financial professionals are prohibited.

Creators must not misrepresent guaranteed returns, conceal material conditions, or use the Platform to facilitate financial fraud.

Where applicable law requires disclosures or licenses, creators are responsible for complying with those requirements.

Content that facilitates unlawful transactions or promotes prohibited activities may be removed.

Examples include content used to arrange illegal sales, evade law enforcement, distribute prohibited goods, or facilitate serious criminal conduct.

Some lawful but regulated topics may also be restricted by Platform rules, age requirements, or advertising limitations.

Educational, journalistic, historical, or public-interest discussion may be allowed when it does not facilitate unlawful activity.

Content that threatens people, facilitates violent crime, or provides operational instructions for serious wrongdoing is prohibited.

The depiction or discussion of a weapon is not automatically a violation. Context, intent, applicable law, and the risk of harm will be considered.

We may restrict content that promotes violent attacks, facilitates illegal weapon transactions, or encourages dangerous conduct.

Where gambling or betting content is permitted, creators must comply with applicable laws and any Platform restrictions.

Fraudulent betting schemes, deceptive claims about guaranteed winnings, and activities that facilitate unlawful gambling are prohibited.

Content may be restricted based on age, location, advertising requirements, or other applicable rules.

Content involving age-restricted products or activities must comply with applicable law and Platform rules.

We may restrict content that encourages unlawful access by minors, promotes dangerous misuse, or facilitates prohibited sales.

Educational, news, cultural, and other non-promotional content may be assessed according to context.

Content that depicts, promotes, or encourages deliberate cruelty to animals is prohibited.

Examples include staged animal fighting, deliberate injury, abuse for entertainment, or instructions for harming animals.

Legitimate veterinary, educational, wildlife, rescue, agricultural, and documentary content may be permitted depending on its context and presentation.

Live streams are subject to the same Community Guidelines as uploaded content.

Because live broadcasts happen in real time, violations may require immediate intervention.

Lyvy Stream may interrupt a broadcast, disable chat, restrict live-streaming privileges, remove a replay, or suspend an account if a stream violates our policies or creates a serious safety risk.

Creators are responsible for the content they broadcast and should take reasonable steps to moderate their chats and prevent abuse through their channels.

Live chat and comments must follow our rules against harassment, threats, hate speech, scams, spam, privacy violations, and other prohibited behavior.

Users may not flood chats, coordinate attacks, distribute phishing links, or use comments to evade restrictions.

Creators may use available moderation features to manage their communities. Platform-level enforcement may also apply independently of creator moderation.

Creators are responsible for ensuring that their content, metadata, interactions, and monetization activities comply with these Guidelines.

Creators should:

Creators may face additional restrictions if they participate in monetization or partnership programs.

Sponsored content, product placements, affiliate promotions, and paid endorsements must comply with applicable law and Platform rules.

Creators must not use deceptive promotions, fraudulent giveaways, or undisclosed commercial relationships where disclosure is legally required.

Advertisements and promotional content must not facilitate prohibited products, scams, or other unlawful conduct.

Access to monetization is a privilege subject to applicable program requirements.

Violations that may affect monetization include:

Lyvy Stream may suspend or restrict monetization independently of whether a video remains available on the Platform.

Links shared on Lyvy Stream must not be used to direct users to phishing pages, malware, fraudulent offers, unlawful content, or other prohibited material.

We may remove links or content that expose users to serious risks.

Conduct outside the Platform may be considered when it is directly connected to threats against Lyvy Stream users, coordinated abuse, fraud, or other serious violations, subject to applicable law.

Users may not evade restrictions or enforcement actions.

Prohibited behavior includes:

We may take action against accounts reasonably connected to enforcement evasion, based on available evidence and applicable law.

Users can report content or behavior that they believe violates these Guidelines through the reporting tools available on the Platform or through Lyvy Stream Help & Support.

When submitting a report, provide enough information to identify the content or behavior and explain the concern.

Please submit reports honestly. Deliberately false, abusive, or fraudulent reports may themselves violate our policies.

Reporting content does not guarantee removal. We review reports according to the circumstances, the applicable policy, and the evidence available.

We may use a combination of automated detection, user reports, technical signals, and human review to identify potential violations.

Our review may consider:

Automated systems may make mistakes. We may use additional review where appropriate, especially for serious or disputed decisions.

If we determine that content violates these Guidelines, we may take one or more actions, including:

The response will depend on the nature of the violation, the risk involved, the account history, and applicable law.

Lyvy Stream may use warnings, strikes, temporary restrictions, or other enforcement measures.

Not every violation will receive a warning first. Serious violations may lead to immediate restrictions or account termination.

Repeated violations may result in progressively stronger enforcement. The specific consequences may depend on the feature involved and the applicable policy.

A warning or strike does not necessarily mean that every other feature on the account will remain available.

We may suspend or terminate an account for serious or repeated violations, fraud, enforcement evasion, security threats, or other grounds permitted by our Terms of Service.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide notice explaining the enforcement action and any available appeal options.

We may take urgent action without advance notice when necessary to address a serious safety, security, legal, or operational risk.

If you believe that content was removed or an account was restricted in error, you may submit an appeal through the available appeal process or Lyvy Stream Help & Support.

Include the relevant content or account information and explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered.

We may review the original decision, additional context, and relevant evidence. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that the original decision will be reversed.

Where required by law, additional explanations or review procedures may be available.

Copyright disputes may follow a separate legal process from ordinary Community Guidelines appeals.

If your content was removed because of a copyright complaint, review the Copyright Policy for information about notices, counter-notifications, and applicable procedures.

Do not submit a legal counter-notification unless you have a good-faith basis and understand the legal consequences.

We may consider previous violations when reviewing a new incident or appeal.

Repeated or severe violations may lead to stronger enforcement, even when an individual incident might otherwise warrant a lesser response.

We may also consider whether a user has taken steps to correct the behavior or comply with the applicable policy.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, Lyvy Stream may cooperate with law enforcement or other authorized bodies regarding credible threats, suspected criminal activity, child safety, fraud, or other serious concerns.

We may preserve or disclose relevant information when required or permitted by law.

If there is an immediate danger to life or physical safety, contact local emergency services rather than relying solely on a Platform report.

Users are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to their activities, content, location, and audience.

Compliance with these Guidelines does not guarantee that content complies with every applicable law. Similarly, content being lawful in one jurisdiction does not necessarily mean it is permitted on Lyvy Stream.

We may update these Community Guidelines as the Platform evolves, new features become available, or legal requirements change.

The “Last Updated” date at the top of this document indicates when the current version was published.

Where required by law, we will provide notice of material changes. Continued use of the Platform after updated Guidelines take effect is subject to the applicable terms and legal requirements.
