- Data is retained only as long as necessary

4. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours and inform affected users without undue delay.
COPPA Compliance (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act)
1. Age Restrictions
LyvyStream is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
2. Parental Consent
If we discover that we have collected information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information immediately.
3. Parental Rights
Parents have the right to:
- Review their child's personal information
- Request deletion of their child's information
- Refuse further collection or use of their child's information
4. Verifiable Parental Consent
For users between 13-18, we may require verifiable parental consent before collecting personal information.
