Welcome to the Lyvy Stream Partnership Program. This Partnership Policy explains the eligibility requirements, monetization rules, revenue-sharing structure, payment procedures, creator responsibilities, and conditions governing participation in the program.

Lyvy Stream is committed to providing creators with opportunities to publish content, build audiences, engage with viewers, and earn revenue through eligible platform features.

This Policy supplements the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines. By applying for, accepting, or participating in the Lyvy Stream Partnership Program, you agree to comply with these policies and any additional program terms presented to you.

The Lyvy Stream Partnership Program provides eligible creators with access to monetization opportunities and creator-focused features that may be available on the platform.

Depending on eligibility, location, account status, and feature availability, partnership benefits may include:

1. Advertising revenue sharing.

2. Creator earnings and payout tools.

3. Eligible channel subscriptions or memberships.

4. Live-streaming monetization.

5. Viewer gifts, digital items, or Lyvy Coins-related features.

6. Creator analytics and performance information.

7. Promotional opportunities and additional creator tools.

8. Enhanced support or other benefits associated with a designated partnership tier.

Participation does not guarantee a particular income, audience size, level of exposure, or amount of revenue.

For purposes of this Policy:

This Policy must be read together with the following documents:

If a specific monetization feature has additional terms, those terms may apply to that feature. Nothing in this Policy overrides applicable law or a separate written agreement that expressly controls a particular matter.

Lyvy Stream may evaluate applications and determine whether a creator qualifies for the Partnership Program.

Meeting the stated eligibility requirements does not guarantee acceptance. Approval does not guarantee continuous monetization, a specific revenue amount, or permanent access to every partnership benefit.

Creator earnings depend on factors such as audience activity, eligible views, advertising demand, viewer purchases, available monetization features, advertiser suitability, and applicable adjustments.

Unless a specific program or written agreement provides otherwise, creators seeking standard partnership eligibility should meet the following requirements:

1. Have at least **1,000 subscribers**.

2. Have accumulated at least **4,000 eligible public watch hours during the preceding 12 months**.

3. Maintain an active Lyvy Stream account and channel.

4. Publish original, authorized, or otherwise lawfully usable content.

5. Comply with the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

6. Maintain good standing without unresolved serious policy violations.

7. Complete any required identity, payment, tax, or account verification.

8. Reside in a location where the applicable monetization features are available.

9. Satisfy any additional requirements communicated for the relevant program or feature.

Lyvy Stream may establish separate eligibility criteria for specific monetization features, promotional programs, or partnership tiers.

Subscribers and watch hours must be legitimate and generated through authentic audience activity.

Lyvy Stream may exclude activity associated with:

Metrics displayed in a creator dashboard may be estimates and may change following verification, invalid-traffic reviews, or reporting adjustments.

Creators may apply through an available application process or other method designated by Lyvy Stream.

An application may require information about the creator, channel, content, identity, business status, payment details, and intended use of monetization features.

Lyvy Stream may review:

1. Channel activity and content history.

2. Compliance with platform policies.

3. Ownership or authorization of published content.

4. Audience growth and engagement patterns.

5. Suspected manipulation, fraud, or deceptive practices.

6. Eligibility for the requested monetization features.

7. Any additional information reasonably necessary to assess the application.

Submitting an application does not create a contractual right to acceptance. Lyvy Stream may request additional information or decline an application where permitted by law.

Creators must provide accurate, complete, and current information.

Providing false identity information, misleading channel statistics, fabricated business documents, fraudulent payment information, or inaccurate tax details may result in application rejection, delayed payments, suspension, or termination from the program.

Creators must promptly update information that affects their eligibility, account ownership, or payment arrangements.

A Partner must have authority to operate the channel and receive its earnings.

Creators may not sell, transfer, rent, or otherwise improperly trade partnership status or monetization access. Any permitted business transfer, channel ownership change, or assignment requires compliance with applicable platform procedures and any required approval.

Lyvy Stream may request additional verification when account ownership or control is uncertain.

Application review times may vary depending on application volume, verification requirements, content review, and other operational factors.

Lyvy Stream does not guarantee a particular approval date. Creators are responsible for monitoring their account and responding to reasonable requests for additional information.

Lyvy Stream may offer different partnership tiers based on eligibility, program availability, creator performance, or other published criteria.

The current standard tier structure is described below.

The benefits listed for each tier are subject to actual feature availability, account eligibility, applicable agreements, and platform rules. A feature described here is not guaranteed to be available in every country, account, application, or release.

Lyvy Stream may assign a tier according to the creator's approved program terms.

A tier change may result from changes in eligibility, performance requirements, program availability, policy compliance, or a separate agreement.

Where reasonably practicable and legally required, Lyvy Stream will communicate material changes that affect a Partner's applicable revenue-sharing terms before they take effect.

Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, a change in tier does not retroactively alter properly accrued earnings calculated under the terms applicable when those earnings were generated.

Partnership tiers do not provide ownership of Lyvy Stream, its technology, advertising inventory, audience data, recommendation systems, or other platform assets.

Tier benefits are limited, conditional program privileges and do not guarantee search placement, recommendation placement, audience growth, or a particular level of exposure.

Depending on eligibility and availability, Partners may be able to earn revenue through:

1. Advertising displayed in or alongside eligible content.

2. Eligible channel subscriptions or memberships.

3. Viewer gifts, digital items, or related live-streaming features.

4. Other platform-supported creator monetization products.

5. Approved commercial opportunities offered under separate terms.

Not every method is available to every creator. Certain features may require separate activation, verification, or acceptance of additional terms.

Revenue sharing is calculated using the applicable percentage and the Eligible Revenue defined for the relevant monetization product or agreement.

The percentage is not necessarily applied to an advertiser's gross payment, a viewer's entire purchase price, or all revenue associated with a channel.

Depending on the applicable feature and disclosed terms, calculations may account for refunds, chargebacks, taxes, payment processing, invalid activity, advertising adjustments, third-party fees, or other permitted deductions.

The Partner's dashboard or applicable written agreement may provide additional details about the calculation method.

Advertising revenue may depend on factors including:

Lyvy Stream does not guarantee that advertisements will be served on every eligible video or live stream, or that any particular content will generate advertising revenue.

Advertisers and advertising providers may apply their own eligibility, placement, and brand-safety requirements.

Partners must publish content that complies with the Community Guidelines, applicable law, copyright requirements, and any relevant advertiser-friendly rules.

Content may receive limited or no advertising monetization if it includes, for example:

A video remaining accessible on Lyvy Stream does not necessarily mean that it is eligible for advertising revenue.

Where creator memberships or paid subscriptions are available, Partners must accurately describe the price, billing terms, benefits, renewal conditions, and limitations associated with their offers.

Creators must deliver the benefits they promise, subject to applicable terms and law. They may not misrepresent membership access or use deceptive practices to obtain subscriptions.

Subscription revenue is subject to the applicable product terms, payment-provider rules, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and other permitted adjustments.

Partners using live-streaming monetization must comply with all applicable live-streaming, chat, gift, and payment rules.

Creators may not manipulate gifts, pressure viewers through deceptive claims, misrepresent the value of digital items, or arrange fraudulent transactions to generate earnings.

Where available, viewer gifts and digital items may be subject to feature-specific restrictions, transaction records, refund rules, and payment adjustments.

Lyvy Coins and other digital items are subject to the applicable platform terms and feature-specific rules.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate agreement or required by law, digital items should not be represented as cash, bank deposits, investment products, or guaranteed income.

A Partner may not promise a cash value, redemption right, or payout entitlement for digital items unless that right is expressly supported by the applicable Lyvy Stream feature and terms.

Partners may enter into sponsorships or other commercial arrangements when permitted by platform rules and applicable law.

Creators are responsible for:

1. Disclosing paid promotions and material relationships where required.

2. Complying with advertising and consumer-protection laws.

3. Obtaining necessary permissions for third-party trademarks, music, footage, and other intellectual property.

4. Accurately representing products and services.

5. Complying with any applicable platform disclosure requirements.

Lyvy Stream is not automatically a party to private agreements between creators and sponsors and does not guarantee payment or performance by an outside sponsor.

Partner payments are generally processed on a monthly basis, subject to account verification, payment-provider availability, applicable thresholds, and any required review.

A monthly payment schedule is not a guarantee that every balance will be paid on a particular calendar date.

Payments may be delayed when information is incomplete, a transaction is under review, a payment provider is unavailable, or a legal or compliance obligation requires additional steps.

The standard minimum payout threshold is **$50 USD**, unless the Partner's applicable agreement or a feature-specific payment term states otherwise.

Where the threshold applies, eligible earnings below the threshold may carry forward to a later payment period.

A displayed balance does not necessarily mean that the balance is approved, finalized, or immediately payable.

Depending on availability, location, verification, and the applicable payment arrangements, supported payment methods may include:

Lyvy Stream may require the Partner to select an available payment method and complete the verification steps required by the relevant provider.

Creators are responsible for keeping payment information accurate and ensuring that their selected account can receive payments.

Before issuing payments, Lyvy Stream or its payment providers may require identity verification, business information, tax forms, banking details, or other legally required information.

Creators must submit accurate information and promptly respond to verification requests.

Payments may be delayed or withheld where permitted by law if required information is missing, inconsistent, invalid, or under review.

Partners are responsible for determining and fulfilling their own tax obligations arising from creator earnings, except where applicable law requires Lyvy Stream or a payment provider to collect, report, or remit amounts.

Creators must provide accurate tax information when requested and must not use false or misleading information to avoid legal obligations.

Lyvy Stream does not provide individualized tax, accounting, or legal advice.

Payment-provider fees, currency-conversion costs, intermediary-bank charges, and similar costs may apply depending on the payment method and the applicable terms.

Where such costs affect the amount paid to a Partner, they will be handled in accordance with the applicable payment terms and law.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, payment calculations and the stated payout threshold are denominated in U.S. dollars.

Lyvy Stream may review earnings and delay, adjust, or hold payments where reasonably necessary and legally permitted, including when there is evidence of:

Any adjustment should relate to the relevant transaction, earnings, risk, or applicable terms. Lyvy Stream will handle disputes and payment reviews in accordance with applicable law and any applicable contractual obligations.

Earnings generated through artificial, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible activity do not qualify as valid revenue.

Lyvy Stream may exclude or reverse earnings associated with invalid traffic, fake engagement, manipulated advertising activity, fraudulent purchases, or other activity that does not qualify under the applicable monetization rules.

Creators must not encourage viewers, directly or indirectly, to click advertisements, generate artificial views, or engage in other conduct intended to manipulate monetization systems.

If a Partner believes an earnings calculation or payment is incorrect, the Partner should contact Lyvy Stream through the available support or feedback channels and provide the relevant transaction details.

Where possible, the request should identify the payment period, amount, transaction reference, and reason for the dispute.

Lyvy Stream may request additional information to investigate the issue. Partners should retain relevant payment statements and records.

Creators generally retain ownership of the content they lawfully own or control.

By publishing or streaming content on Lyvy Stream, creators grant the platform the licenses necessary to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, distribute, and make that content available through the services, as described in the Terms of Service.

Any additional use of creator content for advertising, promotion, or other commercial purposes must be consistent with the applicable Terms of Service, separate agreements, and law.

Partners must own or possess all rights, licenses, permissions, and consents required for their content and commercial uses.

This includes, where applicable, rights to music, sound recordings, video clips, images, artwork, performances, trademarks, and other protected material.

Content being available elsewhere online does not automatically authorize a Partner to upload, stream, monetize, or redistribute it.

Lyvy Stream may restrict monetization or remove content in response to credible rights claims, legal requirements, or policy violations.

Creators must not misrepresent another person's content as their own or use copied material in a way that violates intellectual property rights or applicable monetization requirements.

Where a monetization feature requires original or meaningfully transformed content, creators must satisfy that requirement.

Commentary, criticism, education, or other transformative uses may be subject to separate legal analysis and do not automatically guarantee monetization eligibility.

Partners must follow the Community Guidelines across videos, Shorts, live streams, chats, comments, channel pages, and other platform features.

Monetization eligibility does not excuse violations of safety rules, harassment prohibitions, privacy protections, or other platform standards.

Lyvy Stream may take action against monetized or non-monetized content where warranted by the applicable policies.

Partners may not engage in deceptive or manipulative behavior, including:

Such conduct may lead to monetization restrictions, payment reviews, or removal from the Partnership Program.

Partners must respect the privacy and rights of viewers and other individuals.

Creators may not publish private information without a lawful basis or appropriate authorization, misuse personal information obtained through the platform, or use creator tools to harass, threaten, or target individuals.

Partners must comply with applicable privacy and data-protection laws and the Privacy Policy.

Partners are responsible for content broadcast through their channels, including live video, audio, overlays, chat interactions, and other material under their control.

Creators should take reasonable steps to moderate their broadcasts, address harmful activity, and prevent repeated violations when feasible.

Live content may be reviewed or restricted during or after a broadcast. Live-streaming privileges may be limited where serious or repeated violations occur.

Partners must clearly disclose material connections with advertisers, sponsors, brands, or other commercial partners when required by applicable law or platform rules.

Disclosures must be clear, understandable, and placed where viewers can reasonably notice them.

Creators may not make deceptive endorsements, fabricate product experiences, or present paid promotional content in a misleading manner.

Creators must comply with laws and platform rules governing regulated products and services.

Depending on the applicable rules, monetization or promotional activity may be restricted for content involving illegal goods, dangerous products, gambling, controlled substances, weapons, or other regulated activities.

A creator must not assume that a product or activity is eligible for monetization merely because related content is permitted to remain on the platform.

Advertisers, payment providers, and other third parties may apply independent restrictions to their services.

Lyvy Stream may limit monetization or remove access to a feature where necessary to comply with law, third-party requirements, or platform policies.

A restriction on advertising revenue does not necessarily mean the underlying content has been removed, and the availability of content does not guarantee that advertisements will be served.

Lyvy Stream may suspend, restrict, or terminate partnership participation when reasonably necessary and permitted by law, including in cases involving:

1. Serious or repeated violations of the Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

2. Copyright infringement or other intellectual property violations.

3. Fraud, invalid traffic, or artificial engagement.

4. Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.

5. Misrepresentation of eligibility or identity.

6. Failure to maintain required verification or payment information.

7. Repeated failure to meet applicable program requirements.

8. Legal, regulatory, security, or payment-provider requirements.

9. Attempts to evade an earlier enforcement action.

The response may depend on the seriousness, frequency, and circumstances of the conduct.

During a suspension, Lyvy Stream may disable some or all monetization features, restrict participation in particular programs, or pause payments associated with the issue under review where permitted by law.

A suspension does not automatically determine ownership of creator content or permanently forfeit every previously accrued earning.

Any earnings affected by fraud, invalid activity, refunds, chargebacks, or other permitted adjustments may be reviewed in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.

Partnership participation may end when a creator no longer qualifies, voluntarily leaves the program, violates applicable requirements, or when the program is discontinued.

Termination of partnership status does not necessarily terminate the creator's entire Lyvy Stream account. Separate account restrictions may apply where justified under the Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

Following termination, access to partnership-only features may end. Outstanding eligible earnings will be handled according to applicable payment terms, verification requirements, and law.

A Partner may request to leave the program through any available account setting or by contacting Lyvy Stream.

Withdrawal may disable monetization features and may affect access to tier-specific benefits. It does not eliminate obligations related to prior transactions, taxes, copyright, confidentiality, or other provisions that continue to apply under the relevant agreements.

If a Partner believes a partnership or monetization decision was made in error, the Partner may submit a request for review through the available support or feedback channels.

An appeal should include:

Lyvy Stream may review the information and determine whether to uphold, modify, or reverse the decision. The availability of an appeal does not guarantee reversal or reinstatement.

Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

Partners are responsible for protecting their login credentials, recovery methods, and other account-security information.

Creators should promptly report suspected unauthorized access, compromised payment information, or suspicious transactions.

Lyvy Stream may require additional verification or temporarily restrict account or payment activity to protect creators, viewers, or the platform.

Lyvy Stream processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Partnership participation may involve processing information related to account identity, channel performance, monetization activity, payment records, tax information, and compliance reviews.

Creators should review the Privacy Policy to understand applicable data practices and rights.

Payment methods may depend on independent payment providers, banks, or financial services.

Those providers may require separate terms, identity verification, or additional information. Their processing times, availability, fees, and restrictions may be outside Lyvy Stream's direct control.

Partners are responsible for complying with the applicable terms of the provider they choose.

Lyvy Stream may update this Policy to reflect changes in its services, monetization features, program requirements, legal obligations, or operational practices.

The revised Policy will be published with an updated effective or revision date. Where required by law or applicable agreement, Lyvy Stream will provide notice of material changes.

Changes will not retroactively alter rights or obligations where retroactive application is prohibited by law or the applicable agreement.

Partners should review this Policy periodically.

Participation in the Partnership Program does not, by itself, create an employment relationship, agency, franchise, joint venture, or general partnership between Lyvy Stream and a creator.

Partners operate independently and are responsible for their own content, business activities, expenses, and legal obligations, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.

Lyvy Stream may introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue particular monetization features or partnership benefits, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.

The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted service, a specific level of audience reach, permanent access to a feature, or any minimum amount of creator revenue unless expressly stated in an applicable written agreement.

If any provision of this Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

The invalid provision will be interpreted or limited only as necessary to give effect to the parties' lawful intentions, where permitted.

A failure or delay by Lyvy Stream to enforce a provision of this Policy does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision later.

Any waiver must be effective under applicable law and the circumstances in which it is given.

This Policy is subject to the Terms of Service and applicable law.

The governing law, dispute-resolution provisions, and other legal terms applicable to a Partner are determined by the relevant Terms of Service and any applicable separate written agreement. Nothing in this Policy excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

When contacting support, include relevant account, channel, or transaction details without sending passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information.

By applying for or participating in the Lyvy Stream Partnership Program, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and agree to comply with its applicable provisions, the Terms of Service, the Community Guidelines, and any additional terms governing the monetization features you use.
