Welcome to Lyvy Stream. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lyvy Stream website, applications, video services, live-streaming features, creator tools, monetization systems, and related services.

By accessing or using Lyvy Stream, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the services.

Lyvy Stream is a digital content platform that enables users to discover, watch, upload, publish, and share videos, livestreams, short-form videos, and other content. Depending on availability, the platform may also offer subscriptions, creator monetization, advertising, digital gifts, Lyvy Coins, and other interactive features.

By accessing, registering for, or using Lyvy Stream, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference.

If you use Lyvy Stream on behalf of a business, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

These Terms should be read together with the following policies, where applicable:

If a specific feature has additional terms, those terms also apply to that feature. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not waived by these Terms.

You may use Lyvy Stream only if you are legally capable of agreeing to these Terms and satisfy the applicable age requirements.

Lyvy Stream is not intended for children under 13. If applicable law requires a higher minimum age for a particular service or processing activity, that requirement applies.

Some features, including monetization, purchases, creator payouts, and live streaming, may have additional age, identity, or eligibility requirements.

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising minors' use of online services where required by law.

If you believe a child has provided personal information in violation of Lyvy Stream's age requirements, please contact the platform through the support options available on the Lyvy Stream website.

Lyvy Stream may be accessed in different countries and regions, subject to applicable law, technical availability, and platform restrictions.

Certain features, payment methods, monetization programs, or content may not be available everywhere.

You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your use of the services.

Some Lyvy Stream features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account information reasonably current.

You must not create accounts using false identities, impersonate another person, or misrepresent your affiliation with a business or organization.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account, subject to applicable law.

You should use appropriate security measures, protect your authentication methods, and notify Lyvy Stream promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Lyvy Stream may take reasonable measures to protect accounts and platform security.

Lyvy Stream may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, address security threats, investigate suspected fraud, respond to legal obligations, or protect users and the platform.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, Lyvy Stream may notify affected users and provide information about available review or appeal procedures.

If you operate an account for a company, brand, creator business, or organization, you are responsible for ensuring that its use complies with these Terms and that you have the necessary authority to represent that entity.

Business accounts must not mislead users about their identity, ownership, affiliations, or commercial relationships.

You may access Lyvy Stream only through authorized means.

You must not circumvent access controls, interfere with platform infrastructure, exploit vulnerabilities, or use automated methods in ways that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Lyvy Stream may modify technical requirements or restrict access when necessary to maintain the security and operation of the services.

Users may be able to upload, publish, stream, comment on, or otherwise share content through Lyvy Stream.

You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to publish it.

Lyvy Stream does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, quality, or reliability of content submitted by users.

You generally retain ownership of the original content you create and lawfully upload, subject to third-party rights.

Uploading content does not automatically transfer ownership to Lyvy Stream.

You must not publish content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights.

By submitting content, you grant Lyvy Stream a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, for the duration of the applicable rights, to host, store, reproduce, process, transcode, distribute, display, perform, transmit, and make that content available as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, promote, secure, and improve the services.

This license includes the technical and operational uses necessary to make content available across supported devices, formats, feeds, recommendations, and playback features.

Where a specific promotional use requires additional consent under applicable law, Lyvy Stream will obtain that consent when required.

This license does not transfer ownership of your content to Lyvy Stream. It does not authorize uses that are unrelated to the services or prohibited by applicable law.

Depending on the platform features and your content settings, you may allow other users to view, share, embed, or interact with your content through authorized Lyvy Stream functionality.

Users may not download, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit your content beyond the permissions granted by you, the platform's features, or applicable law.

You must not use Lyvy Stream to publish, promote, or facilitate content or conduct that:

You must not use bots, fake accounts, artificial views, fraudulent likes, deceptive comments, or other methods intended to manipulate platform engagement or monetization.

You must not conduct phishing, distribute deceptive links, engage in scams, or misrepresent the nature of your content or services.

Lyvy Stream may remove abusive material, restrict features, or suspend accounts involved in these activities.

You must respect other people's privacy and comply with applicable data protection laws.

You must not publish private personal information without an appropriate legal basis or authorization.

Lyvy Stream's collection and handling of personal information are described in the Privacy Policy.

Users may report content or accounts they believe violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines through available platform reporting or support options.

Reports should be accurate and submitted in good faith. Abusing reporting systems to harass other users or suppress lawful content may result in enforcement action.

Users who access live-streaming features must comply with these Terms, the Community Guidelines, and applicable law.

Streamers are responsible for the content of their broadcasts, including audio, music, video clips, guest appearances, and third-party material.

Lyvy Stream may interrupt, mute, restrict, or terminate a broadcast when necessary to address safety risks, copyright complaints, legal requirements, or violations of platform rules.

Live chat, comments, audience interactions, and other communication features must be used respectfully and lawfully.

Users must not use these features for threats, targeted harassment, spam, scams, unauthorized advertising, or the distribution of prohibited material.

Creators and moderators may manage interactions using available moderation tools. Platform enforcement may apply independently of a creator's moderation decisions.

Lyvy Stream may offer creator tools, dashboards, streaming software, analytics, overlays, chat features, and other production functionality.

These tools are provided subject to availability and may change over time. You are responsible for ensuring that your devices, network connection, and third-party integrations are suitable for your intended use.

You must not use creator tools to bypass security controls, interfere with platform operations, or violate another person's rights.

Lyvy Stream may offer integrations with third-party services, applications, payment providers, or creator tools.

Your use of a third-party service may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. Lyvy Stream is not responsible for third-party services it does not control.

You are responsible for reviewing the applicable terms and authorizing any integrations you choose to connect.

Lyvy Stream may display advertisements, sponsored content, promotional placements, or other commercial messages where available.

Advertising may be provided by Lyvy Stream or third-party advertising partners, depending on the features and integrations in use.

Advertisers are responsible for their own claims, products, services, and compliance with applicable law.

Eligible creators may be able to earn revenue through available monetization programs, including advertising, subscriptions, memberships, digital gifts, sponsorships, and other supported features.

Participation may require additional eligibility checks, account verification, compliance reviews, or acceptance of separate program terms.

Monetization access is not guaranteed and may be changed or suspended in accordance with the applicable program rules.

Creator earnings may depend on factors such as eligible advertising activity, subscriptions, gifts, platform fees, adjustments, refunds, chargebacks, invalid activity, and applicable revenue-sharing terms.

Lyvy Stream may correct calculation errors and exclude activity that violates program rules or is not eligible for payment.

Unless expressly stated in an applicable agreement, displayed estimates are not a guarantee of final earnings.

Payouts may require identity verification, tax documentation, minimum payment thresholds, valid payment details, and compliance with applicable requirements.

Payment methods, processing times, fees, thresholds, and eligibility may vary by region and program.

Creators are responsible for providing accurate payout information and resolving issues with their selected payment provider where applicable.

Creators are responsible for determining and fulfilling their tax obligations arising from their use of Lyvy Stream and any earnings they receive, except where applicable law requires Lyvy Stream or a payment provider to withhold or report taxes.

Lyvy Stream may request tax information where legally required or reasonably necessary for payment processing.

Creators must disclose sponsorships, endorsements, affiliate relationships, or other material commercial connections when required by applicable law or platform rules.

Creators are responsible for ensuring that sponsored content is truthful, properly disclosed, and compliant with applicable advertising regulations.

Lyvy Stream may restrict content that violates advertising or consumer-protection requirements.

Lyvy Stream may suspend or restrict monetization where there is suspected fraud, copyright infringement, invalid engagement, violation of program requirements, or another lawful basis.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, affected creators may receive an explanation and information about available review procedures.

Lyvy Stream may offer paid subscriptions, memberships, digital items, gifts, Lyvy Coins, or other paid features.

Before completing a purchase, users should review the price, billing frequency, applicable conditions, and any disclosed restrictions.

Prices and availability may vary by region, platform, and payment method.

If a subscription renews automatically, the renewal terms and applicable charges will be presented through the relevant purchase flow.

You are responsible for managing or canceling your subscription through the available cancellation process or the platform through which you purchased it.

Cancellation generally affects future renewals. It does not automatically entitle you to a refund for a period already paid for, except where required by applicable law or the applicable refund terms.

Lyvy Coins or similar digital units, if offered, may be used only for the purposes permitted by Lyvy Stream.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, virtual items are not bank deposits, are not legal tender, and do not represent ownership in Lyvy Stream.

Users must not sell, exchange, transfer, or redeem virtual units except through functionality expressly authorized by Lyvy Stream and permitted by applicable law.

Virtual items may be subject to feature restrictions, expiration rules, or changes disclosed through the applicable service.

Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase, the terms disclosed at the time of purchase, payment-provider rules, and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You must not use stolen payment information, make fraudulent purchases, or abuse payment-dispute processes.

Lyvy Stream may investigate suspected payment fraud and restrict purchases, accounts, or related features when reasonably necessary.

Any adjustment of digital balances, creator earnings, or payments will be subject to applicable law and the relevant transaction terms.

The Lyvy Stream name, branding, logos, software, website design, original platform materials, and other platform-owned assets may be protected by intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit Lyvy Stream-owned materials without authorization.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Lyvy Stream's intellectual property to users.

Users must respect the copyrights of other creators and rights holders.

If you believe content on Lyvy Stream infringes your copyright, review the Copyright Policy and follow the available reporting procedures.

Lyvy Stream may remove or restrict content in response to valid complaints or other lawful grounds.

You may not use Lyvy Stream's trademarks, logos, or branding in a way that suggests an unauthorized affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership.

You must also respect third-party trademarks and avoid misleading users about the source of goods, services, or content.

Subject to these Terms, Lyvy Stream grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use supported applications and software for their intended purposes.

This license does not grant ownership of the software or any rights not expressly provided.

You must not:

Lyvy Stream may provide updates, security patches, bug fixes, and new software versions.

Some updates may be necessary to maintain compatibility, security, or continued access to a feature.

The availability, timing, and method of updates may depend on the device, operating system, application store, or service involved.

Certain components of Lyvy Stream's software may be subject to separate open-source licenses.

Where an applicable open-source license grants rights that conflict with a restriction in these Terms, the applicable license governs to the extent required by law.

Lyvy Stream aims to provide useful and reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability.

Features may be changed, suspended, limited, or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, technical, or business reasons.

Where required by law, Lyvy Stream will provide notice or remedies applicable to a material change or discontinuation.

Users are responsible for their own content and interactions.

Lyvy Stream does not guarantee that user-generated content is accurate, lawful, complete, or suitable for every viewer.

Third-party links, advertisements, products, and services are provided or controlled by their respective parties. Their presence does not constitute an endorsement by Lyvy Stream.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lyvy Stream provides the services on an “as available” and, where legally permitted, “as is” basis.

Lyvy Stream does not make warranties beyond those expressly required by applicable law or expressly provided in a separate written agreement.

Nothing in this section excludes a warranty or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lyvy Stream will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or loss of goodwill arising from use of the services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lyvy Stream's total liability for claims arising from the services will be limited to the amount, if any, paid by you to Lyvy Stream for the relevant service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Applicable law may provide additional rights.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the services, your infringement of another person's rights, or your material violation of these Terms.

This provision does not require you to indemnify Lyvy Stream for claims to the extent caused by Lyvy Stream's own conduct where such indemnification is prohibited by law.

Lyvy Stream may remove content, restrict features, suspend monetization, limit account access, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, address security risks, or comply with law.

The response may depend on the seriousness of the violation, its frequency, the risk involved, and other relevant circumstances.

Where an appeal or review process is available, users may submit a request through the applicable platform procedure.

An appeal should explain the decision being challenged and provide relevant supporting information.

Lyvy Stream may uphold, reverse, or modify a decision after reviewing the available information. Appeals do not guarantee reinstatement.

You may stop using Lyvy Stream at any time.

If account deletion is available, you may use the applicable account settings or contact the platform through its support options.

Deleting an account may affect access to content, subscriptions, virtual items, earnings information, and other features, subject to applicable law and any separate contractual obligations.

Lyvy Stream may suspend or terminate access where permitted by law, including for material or repeated violations, fraud, security threats, legal requirements, or activity that creates significant risk to users or the platform.

Where appropriate and legally required, Lyvy Stream will provide notice and an opportunity to challenge the decision.

Termination does not eliminate obligations or liabilities that arose before termination.

These Terms are subject to applicable law.

Any governing-law provision and dispute-resolution procedure must be interpreted consistently with mandatory consumer protections and other non-waivable rights that apply to you.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising a right that applicable law requires to remain available.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

The invalid provision will be interpreted or limited only as necessary to comply with applicable law, where legally permitted.

A failure or delay by Lyvy Stream in enforcing a provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

Any waiver must be interpreted according to its actual scope and applicable law.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms where such transfer is prohibited by law or requires prior consent.

Lyvy Stream may assign or transfer its rights and obligations in connection with a corporate reorganization, merger, acquisition, or transfer of relevant business assets, subject to applicable law.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these Terms do not create enforceable rights for third parties.

This provision does not affect rights that applicable law independently grants to third parties.

Lyvy Stream may update these Terms to reflect changes in the services, legal requirements, security practices, or business operations.

The revised version will be published on this page with an updated date. Where required by law, Lyvy Stream will provide additional notice or obtain consent before material changes take effect.

Your continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you do not agree to revised Terms, you should stop using the affected services.

Provisions that by their nature should continue after account termination or the end of your use of Lyvy Stream will survive to the extent permitted by law.

These may include provisions concerning intellectual property, accrued payment obligations, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

If a translation conflicts with the English version, the controlling version will be determined by applicable law and any valid language agreement presented to you.

These Terms, together with the policies and additional terms expressly incorporated by reference, form the agreement governing your use of the relevant Lyvy Stream services.

They do not replace a separate written agreement that expressly governs a specific service or relationship.
